Responsibilities of Business Development Coordinator/ Office Manager:

• Research Companies with Hiring Needs in Helena area.
• Calling on prospects & making appointments.
• Reconnecting and developing relationships with past customers.
• Attend Chamber meetings, Networking Events, etc.
• Administrative Duties in Office: Publish ads, interview candidates,
• Submit Resumes to Clients
• Setup and complete Onboarding process w/ New Candidates.
• Assist with Payroll using Excel and Paychex Software.

• Requirements of Business Development Coordinator/ Office Manager:

  • · 2+YRS Sales & Marketing Experience Preferred.
  • Computer proficiency: Can use Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook with minimum training.
  • HR or Admin. Experience Preferred
