Job Detail: Administrative Assistant

Employment Solutions is hiring an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant for our Helena office.

Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:

• Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
• Assisting in candidate interviews and supporting clients in candidate selection.
• Handling payroll submissions and new hire onboarding processes.
• Managing incoming calls, completing background checks, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements for Administrative Assistant:

• Organized, dependable and detail oriented. This is a fast paced job with many different daily facets.
• Previous administrative support experience, preferably in staffing or recruitment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks as needed.
