Job Detail: Part Time Bookkeeper

Hiring an experienced Part Time Bookkeeper for Little Rock office. (LR, 72209)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - 20 hours/ week

Pay will be dependent upon experience. Range up to 20.00/hour.

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join small office environment in Little Rock.
• As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and records.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist with year-end audit preparations.
• Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
