Job Detail: Field Service Tech Lead

Family owned and operated Wastewater company, that has been in business since 1996 is looking for a Lead Service Technician to help grow their business. Job Duties:

• Team Player- work with your teammates to support your team
• You start as a Service Tech but quickly move up to a team lead.
• Supervise a team working to install and repair septic systems and make sure the jobs are done in a timely and excellent manner.
• Be able to use hand tools, and tape measure.
• Time management skills and critical thinking
• Keep your team encouraged and motivated.
• Keep a professional appearance and make sure your team does as well
• Keep the truck and the tools clean and in good working order.
• Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get dirty.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience supervising or leading a team in a construction, landscaping or wastewater environment.
• Hustle and move quickly.
• High School Diploma - Additional education is a plus.
• Clean Background
• Clean Driving record
• Show up to work on time
